Service Description

The Xerox Problem-Solving Process (PSP) is known throughout the business world as an extremely powerful and effective problem-solving tool. The 6-step process strengthens decision-making skills and guides individuals and groups toward innovative, effective and sustainable solutions to business problems. Highly interactive, this workshop provides a series of hands-on practice exercises that lead participants through learning to use PSP and applying basic statistical tools to the steps in the process. Additionally, basic quality concepts and methods for improving one-on-one and group interactions are newly introduced in this program.
