WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course focuses on the dynamics of change and how to design and implement change efforts within organizations. The impact of change on individuals, work groups and organizations will be explored, as well as understanding the three key steps in an effective change process: developmental, transitional, and transformational. Participants will learn how to choose the appropriate change implementation process given their specific business culture and management style and gain an understanding of how to mobilize support for the change and manage resistance.
