COURSE DESCRIPTION: The Transition to Supervision Workshop gives those considering a career in supervision an opportunity to understand the dynamics involved in assuming that role. This course helps participants to develop the necessary skills for a smooth management transition. Participants can work closely with their own supervisors to develop personal career plans that coincide with the needs of their employer.
