COURSE DESCRIPTION: In this fast-paced world, it is important to learn how to minimize the impact of stressful situations.  We need to learn to effectively manage stress to promote a healthy lifestyle. 

The Stress Management Workshop teaches participants to utilize general coping strategies and specific techniques to improve overall stress management.
