WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Employees with training responsibilities COURSE DESCRIPTION: This training workshop is highly recommended for anyone involved in creating training programs, overseeing instructional designers, and/or evaluating or revising programs. Participants in the Designing Training Programs Workshop are provided the tools to succeed in creating and ensuring effective training programs. Participants will learn the basic skills and knowledge needed to design and develop effective training programs.
