COURSE DESCRIPTION: Created by human resources professionals, the Performance Management Workshop is designed to train managers to develop an effective and results-oriented performance management system. Participants will understand how to use motivation as a tool towards achieving optimum performance company-wide results. 

 

The training curriculum consists of individual courses that use actual work experiences as focal points, to ensure that participants will complete the workshop equipped with tools that can be applied immediately on the job
