In January 2003, Sullivan International, Inc. pooled its resources with Covenant Industries, Inc. (CI) to form , People OneSource™ offering the combined expertise of Human Resources Management, Training, and Government Sector contracting to small-to-medium size companies and non-profit organizations. As such, People OneSource™ is a strategic alliance of two, Small Business Administration-certified 8(a) firms which offer Professional Employer Organization services. People OneSource™ seeks to enable Business Owner-Operators to regain or retain more time in their busy schedules to focus on core business activities and grow their business to the next level. The National Institute For the Prevention of Workplace Violence
As the former State of California’s Workplace Violence Prevention consultant, the Institute For the Prevention of Workplace Violence is a recognized leader in this emerging area. We “help create and maintain a violence free work environment.” Comprised of behavioral analysis, security, human resource management, training and conflict resolution specialists, our prevention team transcends training to provide the full realm of services necessary to establish sustainable violence prevention efforts. We educate and train managers and employees in how to identify early warning signs, de-escalate conflict situations, and respond to violent incidents.
