Diversity Consulting Services
- Culture Audit - The Culture Audit is designed to help clients unveil organizational cultural factors that impact the multicultural workforce. It helps clients look at the different kinds of people that constitute the organization and to look at how the organization views and responds to these differences. Using a multicultural team, we assist organizations in uncovering the root assumptions of their organization. We examine management systems; company policies, and diversity factors that impact performance and either promote or block the effective management of diversity and the maximum utilization of human resources.
- Executive Sessions - Successfully leading organizations into the future will require a new way of distinguishing organizational capability.
Given the implications of Workforce 2000, senior managers will gain insights into the relationships among corporate culture, organizational vision, and strategic direction; and how these relationships strengthen efficiency, productivity, and survival. Executives will explore the business issues of diversity. They will hear from senior executives of Fortune 500 corporations their reasons for championing diversity.
- Diversity Tutorial - Diversity Tutorial is designed to improve one's ability to effectively lead change.
It is expressly created to provide intensive one-on-one support to strengthen an individual's capability to lead organizational diversity initiatives. For change agents, Diversity Tutorial represents a problem-solving/decision making
consultation to help integrate existing HR systems and Affirmative Action efforts with Managing Diversity concepts.
- Minority Mentoring - This program reviews career planning and development in the individual and organizational perspective.
Minority resource and networking sources will be discussed as well as the basics of developing a support group and mentoring. Participants will identify their current career point, prioritize their performance preference, goals, and review their own organization's culture.
