About Us

Barbara Sullivan established Sullivan & Associates in 1984 after a very successful effort as part of the Human Resource management team that supported the Los Angeles Olympics. The company survived the fast moving 80's and the turbulent 90's by establishing a reputation for integrity while providing cutting edge human resources consulting and training solutions to small, medium and Fortune 500 companies. Sullivan & Associates is now taking the next step in its evolution.

Under the new name of Sullivan International, the company is embarking on a bold and ambitious journey to lay the foundation for the creation of the organization structure of the 21st Century - a virtual organization. We envision this organization as being drastically different than the historical model that has driven corporate America through the industrial era. 

Sullivan International's vision is to provide it's clients "exceptional seamless service that meet customers expectations every time." The focus of our work is assisting our clients in improving business performance by aligning their organization and human resource infrastructure and development processes with their business strategy and direction.

Sullivan is composed of a small highly competent nucleus of employees focused on our 'core work'. We also co-source any additional resources necessary to succeed. Continuous learning, along with a zealous focus on high quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, form the basis of our Corporate Philosophy.
